Rates are based on work areas needed, hours, product, usage, and other factors.
Equipment needing special cleaning to comply with state or federal inspections
will be discussed and charged accordingly.
Meat processing during daytime only hours only.
Anchor tenant negotiated monthly rates and other incentives
Storage: based on four linear feet of shelving
Deposits are required prior to first use to cover costs of
kitchen equipment training costs, deep cleaning, and assistance with
DATCP, USDA, or Dept. of Health inspections. Amounts will range from $50.00 to
$100.00 and may be returned if not used.
1. Kitchen area combinations apply when multiple processors are at work.
2. Area combinations can be negotiated, when space is available.
3. Rental times include clean-up time.
4. Rentals are payable in advance until credit history is established.
